This is a 2 year extended customer support package. This will cover help with troubleshooting hotspots, code plugs, Help with sd cards programming and configuration.

Hardware repairs are for new orders only.If this plan is purchased after sale it will only cover support.

Anydesk sessions are included with this package. A appointment must be set up for service help. 

This does  include replacing or repairing hardware.Corrupted sd cards are not covered

Attempted repairs by taking apart the hotspot will void this warranty.

This does not include physical damage. Damage by using non approved power supplys. Returning hotspot with not original parts.

And any change or alteration to the hotspots. 

This does not cover excessive wear and tear on power plug connection

Use the on/off switch on power supply to extend the life of power plug.
